Refund policy

At Alora, we only provide exchange in the following cases:

  • If you receive a wrong product

  • If the product is damaged or defective

To raise an exchange request, you must share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery as proof.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for exchange approval.

We do not provide refunds or returns for any other reasons.
